We are in search of 6 women that are ready to make a change in their life & get serious about their health!!

These 6 spots will be open to women who want to learn how to use kettlebells properly along with other modalities to become leaner, conditioned, flexible, energetic, and of course STRONG AND SEXY.  Our semi-private training will include body weight, proper movement patterns, battling ropes, Suspension Training, and tons of appropriate fun progressions to help you on your way to optimal strength, fitness, healthy, lean body, and energy. 

Program starts Monday Oct. 26th & ends Wednesday Dec. 16th, sessions are Mondays & Wednesdays @10:15 AM (1Hr) at FUELHOUSE!


When using kettlebells the results show and they show quickly.  In brief, kettlebells are a very efficient way to burn fat, and you do not get the same effect from traditional “cardio” efforts, as we’ve come to know.  The Swing alone provides marvelous and mighty movement for toughening and shaping our backside, limbering the hamstrings, and strengthening the low back. When done properly it all at once boosts power, flexibility, and work capacity. When you commit and you are consistent you WILL see results.


Do I need to have any experience with kettlebells or training?

Absolutely not!  We work with all walks of life from beginners to the everyday athlete. You will benefit tremendously regardless of your fitness level.   Just remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.  We’re committing to you and we ask the same in return.

  • Space is limited to 6 participants and enrollment begins FRIDAY, October 16th at 11am. See below for details.

  • Each participant must commit to training twice a week and is responsible for scheduling all 8 weeks of workouts upon enrollment.



A typical personal training session costs $100/hour.  In a small group of only 6 people you are getting the same attention for $25/hour.  The 8-week guided Strong & Sexy program is $400 for 16 sessions ($25/session) and payment is due for the full 8 weeks upon enrollment. There are no refunds for missed classes OR for this program. YOU MUST COMMIT TO 2 SESSIONS/WEEK!

Now before you sign up, know the requirements.

I am accepting 6 women who are 100% ready to commit to our program. I want women who are serious, excited and eager to transform their current lifestyle. As your coach I put my whole heart into our program and I ask the same from you.

You must commit to the full program, exactly as written and executed. Anything less and you are selling yourself short. You are in complete control of your results and your success. I cannot emphasize enough this simple fact- the next 8-weeks will change your life. You get out what you put in.


To be accepted into our STRONG and SEXY Program you must copy, paste, and fill out the following questions in an email to with subject line: "Strong and Sexy". The first 6 to send in their email application will be reviewed and will then get a response regarding next steps with registration link to secure your spot!

2. Many people take on a Challenge with the goal to lose weight. Do you have reasons other than weight loss for wanting to do this program?

5. Can you attend all 16 sessions in our 8-week program (M/W @ 10:15am)?

6. Can you eat clean and closely follow our clean food philosophy in spite of upcoming events?

7. Do you have any health concerns or medical issues that we need to be aware of?

8. What makes you a good candidate for this program at this time?
