Leaner. Stronger. Faster. This is the common theme that we learned from you in your strategy sessions. These are the goals that you laid out for us to help you. And now, it’s time to call up your two best friends, MINDSET and CONSISTENCY.

Hard work and determination is what will get you to your desired outcome and keep you there for years to come… but you can’t do it alone.

You need to get your friends and family to HELP YOU STAY ON TRACK.

The easiest way to do this is to ask them for their support BEFORE YOU NEED IT. We encourage you to share with your network your 60-day plan so they know your “why” and how to support you best. Get your head in the game before you start. List the various circumstances you might face during this time and come up with a plan for how to negotiate them. Include food options, how you might answer potential questions, and how you can get yourself out of the situation if you feel like you’re losing control.

Mental preparation, careful planning and a willingness to be flexible are key to surviving this or any Challenge.

We, as your coaches, are excited about this big commitment that you’ve made. We all know that a 60-day plan is exciting and scary all in one. The exciting part is the vision of the final picture, the end, the finish, the desired outcome, the desired feeling.  What is our desired feeling? TO FEEL GOOD!!!  

The scary part comes from fear.  Fear of starting strong the first week and then going back to old habits on day 7.  Fear of failing is normal which is why we need to lean on eachother.  If you’re scared to fail you are normal and this is where mindset is crucial.  This is your chance to act like a new you.  This is your chance to start your day with the right thoughts that will drive your physical and mental transformation to your desired outcome.

We are going to follow a structured training program.  You will be supported by your peers and our community but we encourage you to look outside the HOUSE for additional support (parents, friends, spouse, partner).  We are focused on eating lots of high-quality food so that we can fuel our body properly. We will encourage you to rest and recover so that you can sustain an active, high-performance lifestyle….the lifestyle that you have committed to.

Our Spring programming is designed to make you lean, athletic, and as strong as possible. It includes an awesome training program, comprehensive nutrition plan, and amazing coaching.

This is going to be a very challenging journey. We need to lean on our community if we want to be successful.  So, we encourage you to find an accountability buddy, within our community, who shares similar goals and a vision.  Find that buddy, begin to write your plan, schedule out your workouts, weekly meeting (Tues 6:30 pm), weigh-ins, tracking and clear your calendar as much as possible for the next 60-days.

Some days will be easier than others. You won’t always feel like going to the gym for a workout but try to remember how much better you’ll feel leaving then when you first walked in.  Also know that you don’t have to go 100% every single time.  Sleep, stress, “life” will come at you from all angles, so, if you show up to class with zombie-like low energy, talk to your Coach and they will tell you how to best approach the workout of that day.  Remember some days just moving is good.

If you are at a restaurant and everyone is eating junk food, you will be challenged to make tough decisions.  We can help you plan ahead and how to make the best choices for that event.

We are here to help make this process easier for you, not harder.

We are here to help remind you of your commitment. Please encourage yourself, your peers, and believe in you.

You are a normal person.  You’ll have a cheat meal here and there, but remember we want, SCRATCH THAT, YOU WANT to feel good, feel amazing by June.

We know YOU can make it happen and YOU can achieve this transformation.  It’s about beahvior habits.  Let’s work weekly to accomplish little goals. Soon they will become routine.  By day 7 you will say “I’ve got this”.  By day 21 you’ll be unstoppable.  After that, we ask our buddies Mindset and Consistency to stay permanently.

This is the basic level to buy into to.  This is for someone who does not need a ton of accountability from a group and works well on their own.  You will not have access to the Private 60-DAY IGNITE, Team Ignite Meetings or be eligible for weekly prizes.  We still will be your support network and cheer you on in class in our regular Member's Forum for the gym.
