GOAL:

To build muscle, lose fat and gain strength. This is an opportunity to spend 12 weeks (Three, 4-week phases, honing your technique and increasing your capacity at the most fundamental strength movements: Back Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Deadlift and Barbell Row. This small group format of 60 minute sessions offers one-on-one guidance, great camaraderie, and a simple roster of movements allowing you time to correct errors and challenge your limits. Whether you are brand-new to lifting, someone with experience who has struggled to surpass a plateau, or just looking to try something different, by taking the time to focus exclusively on the lifts that support almost every other activity you do inside (and outside) the gym, you will gain confidence and enhance your performance. This program falls at the perfect time if you plan to participate in this October’s StrongFirst Tactical Strength Challenge too!


HOW:

Our program revolves around the Barbell. During our time together, we will focus on increasing the weight we lift over a 12-week period. We will start light, lift with proper form, and add 2.5kg/5lb each workout. This progressive increase in weight triggers your body to get stronger and build muscle. It’s the simplest and most effective way to get results.

WHAT:

Each workout will begin with a mobility complex that compliments our plan for that day, followed by a short metabolic warmup and then we will perform three barbell exercises/day. The five exercises you’ll perform over 12-weeks are the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Barbell Row. Together they work your whole body.

WHO:

We are looking for 8-10 Humans who are ready to get strong, lose fat and build muscle. Registration for each cycle is capped to provide lots of movement feedback and individualized programming from your coach and to foster great camaraderie with your fellow lifters. Prior fitness experience IS required, and a desire to get stronger! Whether you are newer to lifting, someone with experience who has struggled to surpass a plateau, or just looking to try something different, this class is right for you! WHEN:

Our 12-week program (three, 4-week series) begins Tuesday, July 31st

DAYS & TIMES:

12-Weeks meeting on T/TH at 5:30pm. You will be expected to lift on a third day, either in our Saturday 11am Barbell class or during Open Gym Hours at FUELhouse.

INVESTMENT:

The cost for this program includes your T/Th StrongCamp, access to Saturday’s 11am Barbell Class, Boxing Classes, Sunday Conditioning, and Open Gym access. Your card will be charged immediately for $300. The second installment of $300 will be charged to the card on file automatically in 4 weeks and the third installment of $300 at the final 4 weeks. Please note that anyone with a recurring group class membership can have their group membership placed on hold for the duration of the cycle or change to 2x/week membership (2x/week gives you access to ALL classes). If you'd like to keep it active, change to 2x/week or cancel it entirely than please email us info@fuelhousegym.com. PREREQUISITES:
