  • 10 FWD Crawls

  • 4-6 Global T-Spine w/ Foam Roller Stretch (Hold bottom pos. for :5-:10)

  • 10 REV Crawl back to starting position

*Emphasis on deep belly breathing for the two T-Spine drills
