Beginning Feb 21, Geneva will be joining our Coaching staff on Thursdays. This lovely human will be Assisting Coach Brian at the 6&9am Thursday classes to start. Not only does this woman know a thing or two about KB's, she also has an extensive Pilates background too!

What is your favorite color? Maroon, my wardrobe would definitely agree
What would your spirit animal be? Cat, any kind :)
If you could have one superpower, what would it be? To be able to instantly travel anywhere. No planes, cars, traffic.
What is your favorite Exercise/ Movement? I love deadlifts. Especially single leg and kickstand. Love getting that posterior chain working hard!
Favorite Cheat Meal? I have a huge sweet tooth so any type of pastry is my favorite type of indulgence.
When did you start working for FH? This Thursday :)
What are you currently training for? SFB & possibly a half marathon in Sept
And where do you find your motivation when the workout looks difficult or you are lacking energy? Knowing the satisfaction I will feel afterwards and will always give myself the option of taking days off if I'm reeeeally not feeling it. But having a work out buddy like Dre always forces me to work harder than I expected to :)
What would you say to someone thinking about starting FH? Join!!! I always say this is my favorite place to get a sweat in because the community is so strong. I always look forward to coming and excited to be able to spend more time with the awesome team.
What are some of your goals in or out of the gym? Personal Records or achievements that your proud of? Becoming a StrongFirst Elite and receiving my SFL & SFB within a year or so is my long term goal and my yearly goal is to always attempt to top a peak. I've made it to the top of Adams & Baker and made it to 13,100 feet at Rainier and hope to attempt it again this Summer as well as Ruth Mountain, Shuksan & Cotopaxi within the next year.
