We hosted the Onnit Academy this past weekend and were blessed to learn from one of our industry's very best, John Wolf. John's main message is about longevity. He encouraged our group to look at our own life as if it were a sport.
Got a friend that you know would love FUELhouse as much as you do, or have family members who always ask questions about those crazy workouts that are getting you stronger and making you love life? During the months of May and June, your friends and family are invited to FUELhouse for FREE in all regular Friday classes!
Hello tribe! The chalk dust has finally settled from TSC and we, your coaches, want to say a few things. Spoiler alert: we really, really love you!
We called this thing a sisterhood. And we lived up to it. We realized that we are, in fact, stronger together.
Resolution: Pull-Up was an 8-week program geared toward women who wanted to achieve their first pull-up. If you've ever attempted a strict pull-up, you know that this is no easy feat
“I really need to punch something today!” Got you covered! Where else can you (safely and constructively!) express those built-up frustrations? Once you’ve mastered proper punch form, you’ll find incredible satisfaction in punching HARD.
Straight Outta Philly, Welcome Meghan Ramos to our Tribe! We prayed, someone listened, and sent us this Creature of All Things Awesome. No joke. Meghan's main role is to help make sure things are running smoothly behind the scenes at FUELhouse. She is here to answer any questions about your membership and/or experience as a part of the FUELhouse community. Meg loves lifting heavy sh*t and knows her way around the barbell.
In the near future you will see Megs running our FUEL Barbelle Program as well as our Nutrition Programs and most likely she'll be competing in a StrongMan competition. In Philadelphia, Megs helped to manage and operate a 300 member strength and conditioning facility and conducted very successful group nutrition programs.
As a Precision Nutrition coach, Meg aims to help everyone eat to feel and perform their best. She believes in sustainable, attainable habits that teach you to make better choices without having to pack Tupperware and a food scale wherever you go - ensuring you're able to develop good practices that will last a lifetime, not just 30 days.
Outside of the gym, you'll probably find Megs reading, drinking coffee, trying new restaurants, hiking, or salsa dancing with her husband. They live in Lower Queen Anne with Fat Amy, their talking-cat-who-think's-she's-a-dog. FACT: Because of her tough upbringing, Megs prefers to be slapped across the face vs hugging (it's a Philly thing).
Coming this Fall- Meg will be offering one-on-one nutrition consults at FUELhouse at a discounted rate for members! Contact Megs today if you are interested.
