You're never too young to practice good movement. We love doing shoulder taps to stabilize before pushing up.
The only bad push-up is the one you don't do.
We want you to feel like a complete badass at any age. If you're around FUEL at all, you already know that Mama Scott is just about as badass as they come. Watch out for her...especially if you tend to leave chalk handprints after she's just vacuumed (I'm guilty)!
