FUELflow led by WeYogaProject


We're so excited to finally be working with Trista and Anne Elyse under the same roof!  These two know their stuff and have created a kick ass offering that packs in so much more than your traditional yoga.  We Yoga Project works beyond the traditional limitations of the current yoga culture to make the benefits of the practice more accessible to a wide range of populations. Inspired by the idea that strong individuals make for strong communities, WYP tailors yoga, fitness and mindfulness to meet the specific needs of a diverse range individuals. From athletes to artists, students to corporate professionals, the goal is to help clients grow an awareness of themselvesso they can connect more deeply as a community.

FUELflow is an invigorating vinyasa style yoga flow designed for athletes of all levels. FUELflow will use body-weight movements to strengthen and tone both large and small muscle groups, while improving overall mobility and range of motion. Along with rehabbing and restoring muscles and connective tissue, this practice will teach you how to train your breath rate, motivate you to break a sweat, and stretch you to new limits. Join us for a different kind of workout.
