StrongFirst Kettlebell Course (MAY 20) -The StrongFirst Kettlebell Course is the most thorough and in-depth kettlebell training you can get in a single day.

- Friday, May 25th: 6,7,9,12pm and No evening classes
- Saturday, May 26th: 9am Barbell and 10am Gym Class Heroes
- Sunday, May 27th: GYM CLOSED
- Monday, May 28th: Memorial Day Group Workout at 10am

Seattle Rock and Roll Half(June 10) - Join our FH Run Club Team who will be participating in the Half!
3 Year Anniversary Party + Solstice (June 16) - It's our birthday! Let's get ready to paaarrrtaaayyy! Open House style with games, drinks, BBQ donated by Crowd Cow, snacks, drinks (did we already mention that?), feats of stupid strength competitions like... Bottoms-up Beer Walks, Blind leading the Blind Twister, My not so strong arm Cornhole, Pirate Jenga and so much more (RSVP to receive a T-shirt)!
Women's Movement Collaborative (July 14-15) -This is a 2 day unconventional movement event created by women for women which is unlike any other event out there right now. We will focus on different movement practices with an ample amount of hands-on movement sessions with less lecture time sitting on our butts.
