Personal training is designed to address your specific goals and body. Your coach will work with you to assess where you're at, where you'd like to go and how to get there. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. You can also use personal training to prepare for our group classes.
Personal/group training is for you if:
You want an exercise and/or nutrition program designed specifically for you based on your goals or limitations.
You are new to various types of movement or training modalities.
You want to reclaim your body or return to an active, healthy lifestyle.
You want one-on-one attention and accountability, and seek a high level of support in achieving your health and fitness goals.
You have specific sport/performance goals that require exercise and nutrition programming more specific than general health and fitness.
