Get one-on-one with your goals 

At FUELhouse, we offer more than group classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with students to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a coach. As a result, they see big improvements in health, body composition, strength, mobility, and endurance.

Personal/small group training is for you if:

  • You want an exercise and/or nutrition program designed specifically for you based on your goals or limitations.

  • You are new to various types of movement or training modalities.

  • You want to reclaim your body or return to an active, healthy lifestyle.

  • You want one-on-one attention and accountability, and seek a high level of support in achieving your health and fitness goals.

  • You have specific sport/performance goals that require exercise and nutrition programming more specific than general health and fitness.
