Get one-on-one with your goals
At FUELhouse, we offer more than group classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with students to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a coach. As a result, they see big improvements in health, body composition, strength, mobility, and endurance. Your FH coach will work with you to assess your needs and help you establish movement competency while building a base of strength and conditioning. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. You can also use personal training to prepare you for our general group classes.
We also offer semi-private and small-group training.
To get started with personal training, please give us a clear understanding of your fitness goals and availability (days and times) you are able to train and we will match you with your FH Trainer.
Prices vary based on each trainer’s education and expertise and range from $85-$127/hour.
Personal/small group training is for you if:
You want an exercise and/or nutrition program designed specifically for you based on your goals or limitations.
You are new to various types of movement or training modalities.
You want to reclaim your body or return to an active, healthy lifestyle.
You want one-on-one attention and accountability, and seek a high level of support in achieving your health and fitness goals.
You have specific sport/performance goals that require exercise and nutrition programming more specific than general health and fitness.
*There is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy on all PT sessions. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a charge. Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues are strongly encouraged to start with personal training. See our policies page for details.
