Get one-on-one with your goals
At FUELhouse, we offer more than group classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with students to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a coach. As a result, they see big improvements in health, body composition, strength, mobility, and endurance.
Personal/small group training is for you if:
You want an exercise and/or nutrition program designed specifically for you based on your goals or limitations.
You are new to various types of movement or training modalities.
You want to reclaim your body or return to an active, healthy lifestyle.
You want one-on-one attention and accountability, and seek a high level of support in achieving your health and fitness goals.
You have specific sport/performance goals that require exercise and nutrition programming more specific than general health and fitness.
