Semi-Private Training Tribes

This is our version of one-on-one personal training. Traditional personal training costs upwards of $120 per hour and requires you to be locked into one trainer. At FH, we believe that elite training should not just be for the uber rich. Our 3-month, semi-private training approach offers you the same individualized workouts, but for half the cost, more scheduling flexibility, and a shit-ton more fun!  Your training sessions will be with a small group of (up to) five other members. Research has proven that this approach to training often provides greater results, thanks to the camaraderie, support, and an insane amount of laughter. And since it is cheaper than traditional training, you can work out more often. #boom #fasterresults

Group Class Memberships

You'll get the energy of a group setting, but everyone is encouraged to participate at their unique level. Through varying workouts you'll get a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to fitness that will help you develop the following: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. We’ve structured our group class schedule for someone who plans on attending at least 5 times a week offering the perfect balance between strength and conditioning to reap the greatest benefits to make you STRONGER. LEANER. BETTER.  We continuously change our workouts to help you avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results. Classes are highly personalized and provide you with a chance to push yourself safely and effectively toward your goals.  Starting at only $14 per-class.

  • Unlimited Classes: $197/month per individual* 
  • 2x/Week: $177/Month (9 classes/month)

*We love family and if you have a loved one who would like to join, then its just $177 a month each add'l member.  We also extend a 10% discount to Police, Fire, EMS, active military, a full time student or public school teacher when you present your ID.

    What does a STRATEGY SESSION look like?

    Every human body is different, every individual has different goals and reasons for accomplishing those goals, that is why it is crucial that every athlete meet with a coach at least once every three months to create a specific game plan. The process is tailored for each individual's needs but could include any or all of the following:

    • Movement Screen
    • Body Composition (body fat %)
    • Circumference Measurements
    • Body Weight
    • Nutritional Game Plan
    • 30/60/90 Day Fitness Plan

    Every new member receives a free strategy session.

    Any additional meetings will be charged $30.

    Megs is our membership wizard extraordinaire.
