2026 Spring Strength Challenge: The Results are in!

Spring Strength Challenge 2026 ✅


We switched it up a bit this year for the conditioning portion and it seemed to be a hit! Participants had the opportunity to challenge themselves at the following events:


Event 1: Barbell Back Squat - 3 Rep Max 

(Alt: Double Kettlebell Front Squat)


Event 2: BB OH Press - 3 Rep Max

(Alt: Barbell or Double Kettlebell Military (strict) Press, Barbell Bench Press)


Event 3: Simple & Sinister

100 Single arm swings completed in 5 minutes

1 minute rest

10 Turkish Get ups completed in 10 minutes


We had a great time!
