We offer 32 group fitness classes each week that blend functional strength training and conditioning. Classes are 50–60 minutes long and capped at 16 participants to ensure a high-quality experience. All sessions are instructor-led, so you’ll feel supported while receiving personalized coaching and guidance.

How to get started:

  • Free Trial Week – For those with prior experience using barbells (power lifts) and kettlebells (Hardstyle).

  • Foundations – For anyone new to strength training, kettlebells, or group fitness—or if it’s just been a while.

    • Group Foundations: Offered quarterly.

    • Private or Partner Foundations: Start anytime for more personalized attention.

After Your Trial or Foundations:

  • If you feel safe and confident in classes, you can begin a group class membership (options and rates below). If you need extra support during your first month with us, you can schedule a complimentary 1:1 Assessment Session.

    • 1:1 Assessment Session: 50–60 minute private session with a coach to fine-tune 1-3 movements like the deadlift, kettlebell swing, and Turkish Get-Up.

Group Class Monthly Membership Options:

We’re a membership-based gym with recurring monthly plans:

  • 4 classes/month – $100 ($25/class)

  • 8 classes/month – $190 (~$24/class)

  • 12 classes/month – $217 (~$18/class)

  • Unlimited – $245 (~$15/class, based on 16 classes/month)

Group Class Structure:

We know your time is valuable, so we want to be clear about what you can expect in a FUELhouse group class. Our classes follow a thoughtful, intentional structure designed to give you everything you need in one session. Rather than offering separate mobility, strength, and conditioning classes, most FUELhouse classes blend all three into a single workout.

Our core classes follow this 50-minute structure:

  • Mobility

  • Stability

  • Strength / resistance

  • Cardio / conditioning

  • Cool down (as time allows)

While the structure stays consistent, the movements, focus, and training stimulus vary so classes stay engaging and effective.
