If Big Group Training is Your Goal:
Free Trial Week – For those with prior experience using barbells (powerlifts) and kettlebells (Hardstyle).
Foundations – For anyone new to strength training, kettlebells, or group fitness—or if it’s just been a while.
Group Foundations: Offered quarterly.
Private or Partner Foundations: Start anytime for more personalized attention.
After Your Trial or Foundations:
Ready for Classes? If you feel safe and confident, start a group class membership (see rates below). If you need extra support, schedule a complimentary 1:1 Assessment Session during your first month.
50–60 minutes with a coach to fine-tune movements like the deadlift, kettlebell swing, and Turkish Get-Up.
Membership Options:
We’re a membership-based gym with recurring monthly plans:
4 classes/month – $100 ($25/class)
8 classes/month – $190 (~$24/class)
12 classes/month – $219 (~$18/class)
Unlimited – $245 (~$15/class, based on 16 classes/month)
