Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT)
Personalized training. Shared space. Smarter investment.
SPPT offers all the benefits of individualized personal training—custom programming, expert coaching, and focused attention—in a small-group setting of 2–4 people. Each client follows their own unique program based on their goals and experience level.
You share a coach, not a workout.
This format allows for more coaching attention than a group class and more affordability than one-on-one training.

If you haven’t trained with us before, 2 private training sessions are required before beginning SPPT.
Depending on your coach and goals, you can train 1-2x/week in your SPPT group.
You cannot switch between coaches, when you invest in the membership, you’re committed to the coach.

Small Group Training (SGT)
Focused coaching. Shared programming. Stronger together.
Small Group Training delivers the structure of personal training with the energy of a small group. Everyone in the group follows the same program with personalized modifications as needed. The coach closely monitors each client and adjusts movements based on individual ability, while maintaining a unified training focus.
This is a premium coaching experience with more attention than large classes—at a more accessible price than private or semi-private training.

Big Group Training
General strength and conditioning training with modifications provided as needed
Full body functional strength mixed with cardio & endurance
Most cost effective option
Training with up to 15 others in class | 1 coach
5-6 class time options throughout the day (class schedule)
Recurring monthly class memberships (see below)
7 days notice to change/hold, 30 days notice to cancel. Memberships are month to month with no annual contract.
Classes do not roll over
Monthly Group Class Membership Options:
4 classes: $100 ($25/class)
8 classes: $190 (~$24/class)
12 classes: $219 (~$18/class)
Unlimited classes: $245 ($15/class based on 16 classes/month)
