A message from Coach Vincent!

Join me, Coach Vincent, and your FUELHouse family for the SHREDDED STRENGTH, an eight week personalized Barbell program with Kettlebell accessory work sprinkled in.

Students will pick a lower body 'hinge' and upper body 'press' movement of their choice and run 8 weeks of individual cycles for each movement. Tailored towards beginners seeking to build a foundation in their big lifts, develop strength, and enhance body composition!

That's right—two lifts are all you need to get SHREDDED for the summer! Additionally, we'll incorporate key accessories such as KB swing variations, strength-building carries, rotation-enhancing landmine twists, and optional bicep curls for those seeking an extra arm pump.

This is a program backed by science and designed to get you results, inspired by Pavel's "program minimum" approach, “Power to the People”, where we focus on just the essentials to get you shredded!
