2026 brings a new focus at FUELhouse and we can’t wait to share it with you all! We bring to you: The Empowerment Series at FUELhouse Gym. Each month we will bring a new topic and opportunity to share a space together. Our goals are simple: move, learn and grow together.

We’re kicking off the series with a powerful, heart-centered workshop designed to help you show up for you first. At FUELhouse, we know that growth and lasting change come from deep inner alignment β€” and that starts with one essential truth:

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in routines, overwhelmed by daily demands, or like your own well-being keeps getting put on hold β€” this event is for you.

🧠 What You’ll Experience

This supportive and insightful evening will be guided by Stephanie Sato, a registered hypnotherapist who helps people understand how their subconscious really drives behavior.

Here’s how the evening will unfold:

🌿 1. Gentle Movement (30 min)
Led by Coach Joyce Leslie, this portion invites you to arrive in your body, calm your nervous system, and shift into present-moment awareness.

🧠 2. Empowering Presentation (30 min)
Stephanie will share:

  • A clear model of how the mind works

  • Why most daily decisions happen below conscious awareness

  • Tools for harnessing the subconscious instead of struggling against it

  • Techniques like guided meditation and hypnosis to create real, lasting change

🀝 3. Warm Community Hang (30 min)
Enjoy light appetizers and refreshments β€” and connect with others who are prioritizing mindful growth and self-care. Bring your own food if you want (no judgment!) and deepen new friendships in our supportive space.

🌟 Why This Matters

Most of us know what we want to change β€” more consistency, better habits, more presence, deeper rest β€” but the real work happens where habits live: the subconscious mind. Understanding how your mind makes decisions gives you leverage to make change feel easier, not harder.

This event is not about willpower β€” it’s about insight, awareness, and tools that genuinely help you show up for yourself first.

πŸ”Ž Important Details:

  • Free and open to all β€” members & non-members welcome!

  • What to bring: wear layers, bring a water bottle for filling, a yoga mat if desired for the movement.

Meet our event leaders

Stephanie Sato

After more than 17 years in public service as an attorney, I felt called to help people in a more direct and transformative way. That path led me to life coaching, mediation, and ultimately hypnotherapy, where my fascination with brain science and the subconscious mind found a home. I now help clients dissolve old limitations and step into greater freedom and clarity.

Coach Joyce Leslie

I’m a certified strength coach who believes movement builds both physical and mental resilience. My path with FUELhouse started before the gym opened, training with Molly and watching her earn her StrongFirst certification β€” a moment that sparked my own journey. Today, I’m a StrongFirst Level II instructor working toward Elite status and dreaming big, including a future Iron Maiden attempt.

We hope you can join us on

Thursday January 22nd 2026!
