From April 17–19, escape to the stunning, historic Lodge at St. Edward Park for three restorative days immersed in nature, connection, and support. This retreat is more than just a break; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in self-care while you reset, recharge, and reclaim your focus in a supportive, like-minded community. Designed especially for women with ADHD or who support a partner or child who does, you'll come away with practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to thrive with ADHD.
What We’ll Experience Together
Set against a backdrop of serene forests and led by three expert facilitators, you'll enjoy:
Mindfulness and ADHD-informed coaching and workshops
Private yoga sessions to calm your mind and energize your body
Spa time, guided walks, and moments of true, guilt-free rest
Between sessions, there is room to simply be. Meals are provided by a Michelin Key–awarded restaurant, and your schedule includes space for spa appointments, quiet reflection, nature walks, or doing absolutely nothing at all.
