I’ve been part of the FUELhouse community ever since my wife, Hayley, convinced me to join her for some “fun” holiday workouts—and she was right. 😏 I was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula (Sequim) and have always had a connection to the gym, whether through sports or my love of lifting heavy things. During the COVID years, I discovered a passion for kettlebells, and it completely changed the way I train.

In November 2024, Hayley and I took on the adventure of a lifetime—we became the new owners of FUELhouse. While I keep a full-time job in sales, I help support the gym behind the scenes and stay involved in the community whenever I can. You’ll usually find me squeezing in a workout or chasing after one of our two daughters, Nora and Daisy.
