February is often centered around love β where we feel it, where we donβt, and how we experience it in our daily lives. At FUELhouse, we believe strength isnβt just physical. Feeling safe, supported, and connected to ourselves plays a powerful role in how we move, grow, and show up for our goals.
This workshop invites you to explore self-love in a thoughtful, grounded way β not as a slogan, but as something we can notice and practice in the small, meaningful moments of everyday life.

π«Ά The Workshop
February reminds us to think about love β where we have it and where we may feel its absence. Being loved and learning to love ourselves can be complex, and many of us struggle at times to feel safe, secure, and grounded within our own bodies.
In this interactive session, Banu will explore love outside of the expected box. Together, weβll consider questions like:
How do we cultivate love in the corners and crevices of our everyday lives?
What does self-love actually feel like in practice?
How does our relationship with ourselves influence our ability to pursue physical goals?
At FUELhouse, we work every day to strengthen and empower our bodies. This workshop highlights how love β especially self-respect, compassion, and care β is an integral part of that process. Think of this as a meaningful Valentineβs gift to yourself. π
