We're thrilled to announce a series of exciting events lined up at FH in the upcoming weeks that are sure to elevate your fitness journey to new heights. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out on your fitness adventure, there's something for everyone to get excited about. So, grab your calendar and get ready to mark down these dates:

  1. MARCH 1: Coffee Talk with Team FUELhouse. Join us at 8am on ZOOM to learn all about our programming methodology, how to plan out your week of training, how to best fuel your body and so much more! Register in ZP! ( We see you Kat;)☕

  2. MARCH 4: Barbell Small Groups Forming Now!: We have two 8-week groups starting the week of March 4th and March 11th, Back To Barbells and Mighty Human! It’s best you register before March 1st because space if filling up fast! This is your opportunity to challenge yourself, push your limits, and achieve remarkable results in your fitness journey. Small Group Personal Training is where strength meets community, and goals become achievements. Learn more🏋️‍♀️

  3. MARCH 4: Foundations for Beginners: Begins Monday, March 4th at 5:30pm. If you’re interested in wondering if FH could be the right fit for you, you’re in the right place. There’s no better way to feel out FH than by starting with our Foundations Course. This is your prerequisite to taking group classes at FH. Foundations runs for 6 consecutive sessions on Mon + Thurs at 5:30pm. Your registration includes one month of FH classes! Learn more

  4. MARCH 4: T/TH open gym times added 3-4:30pm! (Thursday open gym will start on 3/7)

  5. MARCH 16: “Leprechaun” WOD at 8am and 10:15. This is our Pre- St. Patty’s Day Pre-funk so make sure to wear your green;)☘️

  6. MARCH 28th: Below The Belt screening at FUELhouse at 7pm. Learn more 🎥
