The Spring Strength Challenge isn’t about winning—it’s about pushing yourself, leveling up, and having an unforgettable time with your community. No matter your experience level, we have a division for you, from advanced lifters to beginners and bodyweight athletes

What:

3 Events - Compete in all or just one event.

Event 1: Barbell Back Squat - 3 Rep Max

(Alt: DBL KB Racked Front Squat, or Goblet Squat)

  • Event 2: Press Variation - 3 Rep Max

    • BB OH Press (strict/military)

    • Double Kettlebell Overhead Press (strict/military)

    • BB Bench Press

  • Event 3: Simple & Sinister (16 minutes)

    • 100 Single-arm swings performed in 5 minutes

    • 1 minute rest

    • 10 Turkish Get Ups performed in 10 minutes

When: Saturday April 25th 2026 - 9am-12pm

Where: FUELhouse Gym - 4027 Leary Way NW - main group fitness floor

Who: Open to the public! FH members and non-members alike :)

Cost: $25 for all participants - this helps pay for our exemplary staff to lead this event

Beginning March 2nd, group class programming will be centered around training for this challenge. Check out the below video from programming coaches, Evan and Vincent to learn more about what to expect in classes. The strength event will be the chance to put your hard work to the test.

9:00am: Doors Open + Check-In

9:30am: Group Debrief + Group Warmup + Group Photo
