  • 8-weeks includes unlimited access to open gym

  • Meets on M+W @ 6:30pm

  • Level up by adding on access to 4 group classes for $100/month ($200/total)

Who it’s for

This program is built for those who want to chase aesthetics/hypertrophy. You will be in a small group setting (up to 8 individuals). Programming for this group was created for those with intermediate free weight experience — meaning, you are comfortable working with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.

How?

Muscle is a metabolically active tissue. As your muscle mass increases, your basal metabolic rate can increase. Put in simpler terms, more muscle can mean a faster metabolism. If you want to be able to burn more calories (and lose fat) , then hypertrophy training could be a good option for you. Focused hypertrophy training for 8-weeks can help shed pounds, and build aesthetics.

FAQ’s

Q: What if I miss a session?
A: You can choose to make up your programming for that day at an Open Gym time.

Q: What time is open gym offered?
A: OPEN GYM: M-F @ 3-4:30, T/TH @ 8-9am, SA @ 8:30-9:30am

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Your body and a growth mindset.

Q: What if I am already a group class member at FH?
A: We will place your class membership on hold for the 8 week program. If you’d like to add in unlimited access to group classes with your 2 specialty sessions, you can do so for $190/month.

Q: Do I have to be a member of FH to participate in this program?
A: Heck no! We love it when we have new friends in the HOUSE! Let’s do this!


Sexy Logistics

What happens if I need to drop out?
-- If you're on our payment plan, your first payment half the total cost and is nonrefundable and non-transferable. The second payment is processed 4 weeks from your first payment. Cancellation of the second payment is available if a request to cancel is submitted before the payment is processed due to injury or significant life event. In the case of injury, a doctor's note is requested. If you pay in full and then need to drop out we will gladly transfer your payment towards personal training with your Specialty Group Coach within that same calendar year (pending their availability).

Can I switch to Private Personal Training?
-- We get it, life happens! As a small group participant, you are able to switch from your primary group to 1:1 Personal Training if you’re finding that you would prefer private coaching. That said, switches are always subject to availability of the FH Coach. You will be responsible for paying the balance to transfer to Personal Training.

What if I have to miss a session?
-- If you need to miss a session, we ask that you cancel yourself before the session starts. We are offering “Open Gym” hours for participants to come in and make up sessions.

Meet Coach Evan

Hi, I’m Evan I’ve been a coach at FUELhouse since 2024. I’ve been a fitness coach since 2022 working with all kinds of people helping them to look and feel the way they want. I have certifications with ISSA, ACE, OTF, SFG1, and SFL. I train with a variety of equipment including barbells and kettlebells. I most enjoy hypertrophy coaching and helping people build confidence in their bodies. I always enjoy helping people get started so say hi when you see me at the gym!
