2025 Spring Strength Challenge: The Results are in!

Spring Strength Challenge 2025 ✅

Participants had the opportunity to challenge themselves at the following events:

Event 1: Barbell Back Squat - 3 Rep Max 

(Alt: Dbl Racked Front Squat, or Goblet Squat)

Event 2: BB OH Press - 3 Rep Max

(Alt: Double Kettlebell Overhead Press, Bench Press)

Event 3: 1 mile Run OR 2K Row

We had a seriously good time!
