Group Foundations is a beginner onboarding program designed for individuals new to strength training, kettlebells, or group fitness. Delivered in a small-group setting, this program teaches core movement patterns and builds confidence before transitioning into regular group classes.

What to Expect:

  • Small group training (up to ~6 participants)
  • Coach-led instruction on foundational movements
  • Introduction to kettlebell and barbell basics
  • Structured progression through safe movement patterns
  • Supportive group environment with guided coaching

Beginners who want a structured, community-based introduction to strength training before joining regular group classes.

  • 30 days of unlimited in-person + virtual group classes (access begins with your first session).
