Group Foundations is a beginner onboarding program designed for individuals new to strength training, kettlebells, or group fitness. Delivered in a small-group setting, this program teaches core movement patterns and builds confidence before transitioning into regular group classes.
What to Expect:

- Coach-led instruction on foundational movements
- Introduction to kettlebell and barbell basics
- Structured progression through safe movement patterns
- Supportive group environment with guided coaching
