At FUELhouse, we know that building and maintaining a lifetime of strength doesn’t come from just one thing. It’s not only about how often you work out or only about what you eat — it’s the combination of many small, consistent actions that support your overall well-being.

Over the years, we’ve found that these actions tend to fall into five key categories:

This holiday season, we’re inviting you to focus on simple yet powerful behavior shifts within these five pillars through our 6-Week Challenge: FUEL the 5.

The goal? To help you maintain momentum and feel grounded through the busy holiday season — without the stress, guilt, or pressure.

What You’ll Get

When you join the challenge, you’ll receive:

A 42-day (6-week) Consistency Tracker
Set and track personalized behavior goals within each of the 5 categories.

💌 Weekly Sunday Emails from Hayley (starting 11/9)
Each email will include inspiration for your goals, nourishing fall/winter meal ideas, and helpful mindset tools to keep you on track.

💬 Community Zoom Calls (3 total)
Join us on Sundays @ 10:45am (11/23, 12/7, and 12/21) for group check-ins to share, support, and learn from one another. Can’t make it live? Recordings will be provided!

🎯 Weekly DEXA Scan Drawings from BodySpec
Every week, one participant will win a DEXA scan (6 total winners). You can only win once — but every week, you’ll be entered to win!

Why This Challenge (and Not Bingo)

If you’ve been with us in previous Decembers, you know we love a good attendance challenge or Bingo board — but this year, we’re trying something different.
Instead of simply tracking workouts or check-ins, we’re encouraging deeper, more meaningful habits that will serve you long after the holidays are over.
