Happy New Year!
We are so very grateful for the community at FUELhouse. 💕 From coaches, to practitioners, to membership, are are so lucky to have the opportunity to work together in one shared space.
We have some really great things on the horizon for 2026 and we hope you're a part of some or all of it!
New evening class offerings kicking on January 5th
Monthly Empowerment Series: a space rooted in women's experiences, welcoming to anyone who resonates with the work - 1st one 1/22
Semi-monthly Member only Clinics - included with your membership beginning in January (6 in the year) - 1st one scheduled for 1/20.
Advanced workshops open to FH members and non-members for a small buy in (5-6 in the year). More details to come in January for our first one in February.
We hope you can leave behind the things that weighed you down in 2025 and bring with you or find the things that bring light and joy to you in 2026. ✨

We're taking the opportunity to gather as a team and celebrate 2025 and look a head to 2026. We're slightly revising our schedule to accommodate meeting earlier in the evening, so thank you for your understanding!

New Year, New Classes 👀
Kick off the new year with more ways to move! We’ve expanded and refined our class offerings to better support your goals in 2026 and beyond.
We don’t offer separate classes for mobility, strength, and conditioning…instead you can expect a little bit of all of that wrapped up into one class. With the exception of a few speciality classes, we offer a defined a core class structure delivered in 50 minutes.

Strength/resistance
Cardio/conditioning
Extra time: Cool down
This doesn’t mean you’ll do the same boring thing every class, you’ll still receive a variety in movements and how we perform those movements. Whether you’re returning or ready to try something new, there’s more opportunity than ever to get consistent, see results, and feel great in 2026!

January brings two Group Foundations options!
Coach Joyce will lead an 8am group
Coach Patrick will host the 6:30pm participants

Members Only: Kettlebell Jerk Clinic
Join Coaches Vincent and Brian for our 1st member only clinic of 2026!
Tuesday January 20th 2025 @ 5:30pm (replacing the 5:30pm class - we will have 3:30pm and 4:30pm classes to make up for it)
The KB Jerk is an advanced ballistic kettlebell skill and we think is such a fun and explosive way to get weight overhead. The jerk is different than a push press and might allow you to push heavier weight overhead than a push press allows --especially when performed correctly!
If you don't know what a KB jerk is, check out this video from one of FUELhouse's friends, Cat, of Cat and Chau. She does a fantastic job of breaking down the movement and why one would include these in their strength and conditioning practice.
This clinic is for those that would like to learn or refine your understanding of the KB Jerk.
Since this is an intermediate to advanced movement, and we want you to stay safe and get the most out of your time with us, please ensure your can do the below movements before registering for this clinic.
Prerequisites:
Perform a loaded TGU (shows that you can hold weight overhead for an extended period of time)
Single and double KB clean (must be comfortable holding weight in the racked position resting weight on the forearm before and while pressing weight overhead)
Pressing overhead with full range of motion (bicep is in line with your ear when your arm is fully extended overhead)
