His Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) offer is available now. If you want the results of 1-on-1 coaching at a lower cost, this is for you. Check out the details of how it works and how you can get started below!

How it works -

Getting started - 

All new students begin with Find Your Path, Vincent’s 2-week private intro program.

This is a 14-day program aimed at reclaiming strength, energy, and discipline through private coaching, accountability, and a personalized plan.

This program includes:

  • A sit-down consultation

  • A comprehensive movement screen

  • Two one-on-one sessions to help you find your path to success.  

The investment is $349.

If you choose to continue with a 6 or 12-month program, that investment is applied toward the final cost, so your trial becomes your first step forward, not an extra fee.

If you have major health or joint issues, start with 1-on-1 private training before entering SPPT.

The Skill Test System - 

  • Skill tiers keep standards high and progress visible.

  • Safety, consistency, and clear next steps are critical for success while training.

  • These are short, coach-led checks of key movement patterns and kettlebell skills.

  • Levels unlock programs: pass a level, and you unlock new training options that match your ability.

  • Re-tests occur every 6 to 12 weeks or when the students feel they are ready.

  • If a limitation blocks a skill, we adjust your plan so you can train effectively and pain-free while we build the missing piece.

Examples include:

  • Hinge and squat mechanics, breathing, and bracing (level 1)

  • Swings, get-ups, and front squats (level 2)

  • Cleans, presses, snatches, and double bell work (level 3).

  • Clear standards. No guesswork.

Scheduling -
