Spooky Strength Showdown 2025 Recap

First off, a big shout out to our coaches who all helped lead the day! Kathryn, Kari, Brian and Patrick - you all were stellar as usual and I couldn’t have done it without you! It truly takes a giant team effort to ensure all events are run safely and smoothly and man are ya’ll professionals! 🙌

Next up, a giant thank you for the spectators! There wasn’t a ton this year, but it doesn’t go unnoticed and your support of our participants is beyond appreciated! Thank you for showing up and supporting your people 🥰 It’s not easy doing what they did!

Last but certainly not least, to all of the participants who put in the work leading up to the event — you showed up with an open mind and a positive attitude and for that we are grateful. 🙏 It was seriously so much fun to watch you challenge yourselves and sometimes surprise yourself with how seriously strong you are 🤯
