Life gets full—fast.
Between responsibilities, expectations, and the constant mental load, it can be hard to tell what actually matters… and what’s just noise.
This month’s Empowerment Series is designed to help you clear the clutter—mentally and emotionally—and create space for what truly matters.
✨ What to Expect
30 minutes of gentle movement
30 minutes of interactive presentation (details below)
30 minutes of socializing
This interactive workshop is centered around clarity and alignment—not perfection.
You’ll be guided through simple, reflective exercises to help you:
Identify your true priorities
Take a closer look at how you’re currently spending your time (and energy)
Notice what’s taking up mental space vs. what actually matters
Uncover the “weeds” and areas of overlap or overload
Walk away with a clearer, more streamlined direction
This is a discussion-based and experiential session, meaning you won’t just sit and listen—you’ll actively engage, reflect, and leave with something tangible.
💛 Meet Your Guest Speaker
Tracey Gramenz is a divorce and life coach who helps women—and the occasional brave man—navigate life’s most disorienting transitions without losing themselves in the process.
She’s known for helping clients get honest about what matters, untangle overwhelm, and make clear, grounded decisions—even when emotions are high. Many of her clients say she has a unique ability to reflect back what they’ve been thinking—but couldn’t quite put into words—bringing immediate clarity and a path forward.
Based in Seattle, Tracey spends her time outside of coaching mountain biking, tackling DIY home projects, cheering on her two sons at their sports games, and swimming in the Puget Sound year-round (while definitely complaining about the cold).

🌿 Why This Matters
Strength isn’t just physical.
It’s knowing what matters—and having the clarity to act on it.
