Group Class Schedule + Programming: Week of 6/2/25

Check out our NEW programming for Friday Night Lifts! Starting this week, Friday night lifts will not follow the same format as Barbell Pump (new description below). It will be it’s own thing! Come check it out on Friday at 5:30pm with Coach Evan! It’ll be a fun way to get ready for all your summer activities!

Friday Night Lifts: A hypertrophy focused workout designed to build muscle and improve aesthetics. For 50 minutes we will utilize barbells, dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, and kettlebells to provide an upper body, lower body, or full body workout. This class is all about increasing muscle mass. It'll help you gain muscle, lose fat, and sculpt your body in whichever way you desire. Expect expert coaching, a fun, motivating environment, and a program that will make you feel the BURN.
