Welcome Joyce to the coaching side of FUELhouse!
Please help me welcome Joyce to our coaching staff! For those that have been with FUELhouse for a while, you’ll recognize her :) Joyce has been with FUELhouse since before FUELhouse existed 🤯 Beginning the first week of June, Joyce will be the main coach on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6am and 7am classes. Joyce comes to us with an extensive movement background and we are so grateful she’s chosen FH to continue her coaching journey. Please welcome her with open arms!

I’m a certified coach with a deep love for movement, strength, and empowering others through fitness. I hold certifications in SFG I & II (StrongFirst), TRX, RRCA Running, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag, and I’m a Barefoot Training Specialist. I’m also currently working toward my Precision Nutrition Coaching certification to better support clients in and out of the gym.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve completed three marathons—including my favorite, the Paris Marathon—as well as countless half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks. I’ve also ridden STP and RSVP multiple times and competed in the Danskin triathlon.
My journey with FuelHouse started before it even opened, training with Molly and watching her achieve her SFG I certification. That sparked a dream in me to do the same—something I wasn’t sure was possible. But here I am, a StrongFirst Level II instructor, now working toward Elite status and maybe even the Iron Maiden one day.
