REMOTE LIFTER

Our online small group begins on January 31, 2023 and runs for 8-weeks

Everything you need to know!

This is an opportunity to spend 8 weeks honing your technique and increasing your capacity at the most fundamental strength movements: BB Squat, Press, Push, Deadlift, and Row with complimentary accessory exercises sprinkled in. This remote small group format offers one-on-one guidance, great camaraderie, and a simple roster of movements allowing you time to correct errors and challenge your limits. Whether you are brand-new to lifting, someone with experience who has struggled to surpass a plateau, or just looking to try something different, by taking the time to focus exclusively on the lifts that support almost every other activity you do inside (and outside) the gym, you will gain confidence and enhance your performance.

Prior fitness experience IS required (a min of 1 month of BB lifts) and a desire to get stronger! Whether you are newer to lifting, someone with experience who has struggled to surpass a plateau, or just looking to try something different, this program is right for you!

I really like the small group aspect because we all show up to the same place, at the same time every week. And no matter what our goals or reasons for being there, we became a really tight nit group of folks who were just looking to become stronger humans together!
— Kelsey
In just 8-weeks I got amazing results and learned so much! I increased my strength by 40 pounds in both my Barbell Deadlifts and Back Squats.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Who is the perfect candidate for remote program design?

We work with clients with many different backgrounds and goals. Some want to change their body composition, others want to compete in a local event or in another sport from time to time, and others just want to feel good training knowing they have a Coach who’s holding them accountable. No matter what your interests are, your coach will design a plan for you to reach them.

How many training sessions will I get per week?

Your training schedule will be co-created by you and your coach according to what works best for you, and your coach will write as many (or as few) workouts as you need. Your schedule may also change over time, and your coach can adjust your plan accordingly.

What if I’m injured?

Whether you have a nagging injury from the past or a new issue pops up, your coach will make sure you are training safely and as pain free as possible. Your coach can program recovery workouts and recommend lifestyle practices that promote healing, and incorporate movements to work around your injuries and strengthen you over time. There is almost always a way to keep moving safely, and your coach will guide you through the process so you won’t have to guess how to modify workouts on your own. Several of our Coaches are FMS certified and can offer a full movement screen to provide you and your Coach with accessory work to compliment your current goals while rehabbing a nagging injury.

How often will I communicate with my coach?

Your coach will be checking your workout results in TrueCoach frequently throughout the week to answer any questions that come up and provide coaching notes if needed. The more information you add to your workouts in the TrueCoach app, the more your coach will be able to give feedback and fine tune your program.

What is the commitment for coaching?

Our coaches are committed to forming deep and lasting relationships with their clients. The minimum commitment to work with a coach is 8-weeks, though typically clients will stay on much longer. Your coach is ready to meet your needs both now and as they evolve.

How do I get started?

The first step is to sign up for either one of our seasonal remote small groups being offered or 1:1 individualized remote training– then we’ll find out more about your background and interests, get you all the information you need and match you with a caring, supportive coach who will follow up with you. Your coach will be ready to meet you, get to know your needs, and design a training and nutrition program just for you.

Anything else?

This is ideal for anyone who lives anywhere in the world and has access to a gym or home gym setup. If you are local to Seattle, WA you will have access to our Open Gym hours to train onsite at FUELhouse!
