New Year, New Classes: More Opportunities to Move!

With 2026 on the horizon, we are diving into the details of our class offerings to better serve you all! You’ll see the above schedule active the week of January 5th 2026 🎉

  • We are adding a few more classes to our group class schedule to support our evening crowd

  • We refined our class descriptions

  • We standardized our class structure

What does this all mean and why are we doing it?

We know that your time is valuable and we want to be really clear on what you can expect in a group class at FUELhouse. While current membership has most likely figured this out, we have a really special approach to how we structure our classes, and we wanted to find a way to let others know about it too!

At FUELhouse, we don’t offer separate classes for mobility, strength, and cardio/conditioning…instead you can expect a little bit of all of that wrapped up into a 50-60 minute class. With the exception of a few speciality classes, we have a defined a core class structure delivered in 50 minutes.

FH Core Class Structure: 50 mins

  • Mobility

  • Stability

  • Strength/resistance

  • Cardio/conditioning

  • Extra time: Cool down

The above format is what you can expect to see in our core classes: FUELstrong and Kettlebell + Bodyweight. This doesn’t mean you’ll do the same boring thing every class, you’ll still receive a variety in movements and how we perform those movements.

In order to set the stage, we’ve updated our class descriptions (see below) to make things really clear on what to expect. With our monthly membership options, not everyone will be coming every day, so we want to ensure you’re choosing the right class for your health and fitness goals each week. If you’re an existing member and you don’t know if a class is right for you, please reach out to Hayley by booking a member check-in or sending an email. If you’re interested in becoming a member, please fill out this form and a FH staff member will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Above all, we believe that strength training can be for all humans. Where you start and how you achieve it will be different for everyone, which is why we have a variety of service options. If you are intimidated and overwhelmed by getting started, we hope to break that down for you. Please reach out!
